瑞典的Britta Persson自從第二張專輯開始便走著帶點怪雞quirky的尖銳風格，尤其在旋律方面走向愈來愈怪，像這首來自最新專輯【Current Affair Medium Rare】的先行單曲《Meet a Bear》，依然有著不屬此年代的旋律走向，不過這次她的演繹反而是最弔詭，我真的幾乎聽不到她唱的每一個字。
當然，這個由Bold Faces導的MV亦讓我愈看愈興奮，用一個白色的STUDIO 背景，玩盡了鏡頭的搖動、鏡頭的框界、層次….犀利，再次証明，還是想法創意最重要。

看Christopher Nolan新作【Inception 潛行凶間】，基本上可以說抱有極大期望，亦可以說沒有期望，因為不大知道在片裏除了期待那些360度反轉再反轉的場景外，我還能期待什麼。當然，單是Hans Zimmer的那個重低音score 已經叫人夠吊胃了，什麼胡蘆賣什麼藥呢。
早由朋友口中知道電影獲得一致好評，再在飛機上看了幾本權威性的雜誌也對電影有讚無彈，拋開什麼Freud什麼是最佳有關夢的電影，唔，好，應該是比【Memento】的更勁吧這次。
自覺【Inception】其實像是【Memento】的荷里活頂級重製作，由主題到主角背負的命運及目標都確實有一定程度的相似。不過，Nolan並非是有大投資便忘記本質的人，相反，【Inception】讓我見識到Nolan或者是其中一個最有良知的導演，充分用盡荷里活式大製作的場面及特技，配合他那個字字誅璣卻未能成篇的故事主線。
【Inception】讓人見識到Christopher Nolan在說故事技巧到並行剪接的把握已是大師到不能再大師(還記得【The Dark Knight】裏的船爆炸那段的parallel 進行嗎，緊張到死了)。坦白說，我覺得故事來說，【Inception】是頗弱的，除了玩那些夢的概念及意識的東西，劇情主線其實是頗隨著荷里活大片型式的走向而走。Nolan 把玩的故事技巧，那些層層揭盅的洋蔥式說故事技巧，其實說的故事也頗是陳腔濫調。所以，最叫人犀利的係Nolan 的說故事技巧與及visual的效果完全補足這些故事結構上的不足，作為一套荷里活式Blockbuster，你還能要求什麼？
總之電影確實是愈發展愈有趣，到最後基本上你是無法抗拒這樣的一套sci-fi thriller的，太緊湊，太多場口太有趣了。只是我有一點頂不順Hans Zimmer在結尾的那段音樂，over 了點吧。
聽了來自瑞典的Parken已一段時間，一直經營可愛的電子ＩＮＤＩＥ ＰＯＰ，但沒想到來到第二張專輯的單曲《Ser Du Stjärnan I Det Grå?》實在好聽到不得了，沾染了像同國廠牌Yours Sincerely的具放浪與沉澱感覺一身的電子作品，題目為「你在灰灰的天看到星嗎」，爽朗卻加上電子音樂營造的醉意，實在動人。ＭＶ也簡單有型，十分配合。

愛層層疊，愛Tetris，瑞典藝術家MICHAEL JOHANSSON愛在公眾地方用ＬＥＧＯ鮮艷顏色的現成「積木」來與本身環境產生強烈背景，像２０１０年最新大型作品【Self Contained】，十分趣緻。
我由看《輪流轉》時已知道我會對甘國亮的電視劇著迷，果然，當昨天看《執到寶》時，我便知道點解甘國亮—這位小時候我常常只覺得他是位怪裡怪氣的「ball場明星」—會被捧到天咁高。
冇錯，翻查甘國亮的電視作品，原來連小學時鍾意睇，響朝早睇重播的《山水有相逢》都係甘國亮作品，你都唔好講笑。
我諗我會再出一個entry講《執到寶》有幾好睇，但呢個entry 係想表達我響呢位外表有d洋鬼子味道的甘國亮上的重大發現︰哇，《執到寶》裏面的佢真係同現任【Doctor Who】演Doctor的Matt Smith有七成相似，當然，神似多於形似(其實兩者都似)，一直睇一直嘖嘖稱奇，哈哈。所以如果當年【Doctor Who】紅到香港有香港版，相信甘國亮都必成大熱人選。
打去Lufthansa 問東西，德國人問本人的chan 是那個chan，是不是tennis player的michael Chang的Chang，都好，唔係問係咪Jackie Chen的Chen:P

Mexico flu: Your experiences
Readers in Mexico have been emailing the BBC describing the sense of fear gripping the country as a result of a flu virus outbreak, which has so far claimed more than 80 lives.
The World Health Organization says the virus has the potential to become a pandemic.

I’m a specialist doctor in respiratory diseases and intensive care at the Mexican National Institute of Health. There is a severe emergency over the swine flu here. More and more patients are being admitted to the intensive care unit. Despite the heroic efforts of all staff (doctors, nurses, specialists, etc) patients continue to inevitably die. The truth is that anti-viral treatments and vaccines are not expected to have any effect, even at high doses. It is a great fear among the staff. The infection risk is very high among the doctors and health staff.
There is a sense of chaos in the other hospitals and we do not know what to do. Staff are starting to leave and many are opting to retire or apply for holidays. The truth is that mortality is even higher than what is being reported by the authorities, at least in the hospital where I work it. It is killing three to four patients daily, and it has been going on for more than three weeks. It is a shame and there is great fear here. Increasingly younger patients aged 20 to 30 years are dying before our helpless eyes and there is great sadness among health professionals here.
